Two kitchens. One fire. One night.
Piglet & Co × Kau Kau: a four-course live fire dinner where Hawaiian comfort food meets Asian soul food, cooked over charcoal and shared family-style.

On the menu: Kobujime Kanpachi. Tako Luau. Beef Lu’au Porridge. Lau Lau. Huli Grilled Chicken Leg. Grilled Ube Butter Mochi. Charcoal oil, smoked tallow, doubanjiang, inamona... yeah, it’s gonna be that kind of night.

The chefs will walk you through the stories, the ingredients, the inspiration behind the menu. Curated beverage pairings, wine, beer, and cocktails available.
